For the geeks among us looking for more details, we primarily do web development in PHP and Python, using the Django/Python framework, or CodeIgniter/PHP framework. We have extensive experience with Magento powered eCommerce stores. We can also offer expert software contracting services in PHP, Python, C/C++, Objective C, Matlab, for many target platforms.

ZByte Software was founded in 2008, by Zach Lovelady.

 

The Team

Zach Lovelady

Owner, Lead Developer, SEO Consultant

Zach is owner of ZByte Software, and it's lead developer. He spends most of his time buried in PHP or Python code, wrangling the internet to do ZByte's clients bidding. He is a graduate of UCLA, with a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science. Before founding ZByte Software, he worked as a computer systems analyst for 5 years at Sandia National Laboratories.

 

Chris Romero

Frontend Web Developer

Chris transforms web designs from static pictures on paper (or in Photoshop) into living, breathing websites. He is an expert in (X)HTML/CSS. In addition, Chris has over 5 years of experience as a business owner, and webmaster, experience which he brings to bear to help ZByte clients execute their business goals on the web.

Chris joined ZByte Software in the summer of 2011. Before that, Chris had a varied career, ranging from being a fab-tech at Sandia Labs to a science teacher with Albuquerque Public Schools. He has a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from UNM. While not working at ZByte, Chris runs a mobile DJ Business, Cutmaster Music.

 

Sarah Magelssen

Designer, on contract from Magelssen Media

Having worked with various kinds of clients – from local start-ups, to global Fortune 500 companies – Sarah has extensive experience designing attractive and user-friendly web sites. She specializes in managing web projects, as well as developing successful content and marketing strategies for the web.
